Vivian Pham

Vivian Pham has more than 29 years of federal experience, including 28 with the National Institutes of Health. Before joining NIDCR, she was the Lead Budget Formulation and Planning Analyst at All of Us. She also served as the Lead Grants Financial Analyst at the National Cancer Institute, Deputy Budget Officer at the National Institute of Arthritis and Musculoskeletal and Skin Diseases, Lead Budget Analyst at the Food and Drug Administration, Deputy Budget Officer at the National Center for Advancing Translational Sciences, Deputy Budget Officer at the Eunice Kennedy Shriver National Institute of Child Health and Human Development, and Budget Analyst at the National Heart, Lung, and Blood Institute. Vivian graduated from the University of Maryland with a dual Bachelor of Science degree in Finance and General Business.
