Skeletal, Matrix, & Mechanobiology
Investigating skeletal tissues, defined as cartilage, bones, and teeth as well as the biology of connective tissues, marrow, and extracellular matrices. Our translational goal is to optimize health and reduce disease related to skeletal and associated tissues by advancing the understanding of biological mineralization, structure, and function.
